2025 TREEF Educator of the Year
This award has not been given every year, but instead bestowed only when it is felt that some individual genuinely merits this recognition. The recipient is chosen by TREEF on the basis of his/her contribution to the education of REALTORS® across the state. The recipient has usually but not always been a REALTOR®. Their contribution may take many forms— instruction, committee work, course development or assistance, etc.
The deadline to apply is Friday, June 13, 2025.
First-Time Conference Attendee Scholarship
Tennessee REALTORS® will award three (3) First-Time Conference Attendee Scholarships for the Tennessee REALTORS® Fall Convention on September 23-26 in Asheville, NC. Recipients will receive complimentary registration (a $275 value) and up to $1,225 towards their travel expenses (totaling $1,500). Selection is based on financial need and initiative to pursue professional growth opportunities.

Good Neighbor Award Nomination
The Tennessee REALTORS® Good Neighbor Award recognizes members who make an exceptional contribution to their community through volunteer work. Presented annually, the award is designed to celebrate the honoree’s contributions, to inspire fellow REALTORS® in their own volunteer engagement, and to highlight the many positive ways our members are helping to make Tennessee stronger and more livable.

Fair Housing Champion Award Nomination
The Tennessee REALTORS® Fair Housing Champion Award recognizes members each year who work tirelessly and have made an exceptional contribution to advance fair housing and expand homeownership in Tennessee. Presented annually, the award is designed to celebrate the honoree’s contributions, inspire fellow REALTORS®, and highlight other members who also make Fair Housing and Homeownership a part of their daily work.
