Simply register your account to get started. Click Login at the top right of the homepage, then click the Register button. You’ll need your nine-digit NRDS ID/NAR member number.

Are you already registered but receiving an “incorrect password” message? Try clicking on the Forgot Password button to reset it. Enter your email address. You should receive an email with a link to update your password.

Anything related to your real estate license is handled by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC). Visit their website or call 615-741-2273 (local) or 800-342-4031 (toll free).

When you change offices, you’ll need to contact your local association and inform them of the office change. When they update your office information in NAR’s M1 database, that change will sync to Tennessee REALTORS and also to TransactionDesk® within 24 hours. If your old office information is still being displayed in your account here is what you should do:

  1. Contact your local Association and make sure they update your office information in NRDS/M1. Once it’s changed, TransactionDesk® will automatically update your office information.
  2. If you local Association has made the update but your old office is still showing up, please contact Tennessee REALTORS® support by filling out the Contact Us form below, at (615)321-1477 or email .
  3. In TransactionDesk®, go to Settings > My Preferences > User Information and make sure your contact and office information are correct. You may also want to go to Settings > Branding (bottom left of the page) to make sure old logos are not still in that section.
