Tennessee REAL TORS® Board of Directors Standing Rules

1. Prior to start of the meeting, all TAR directors will check in and be given a
   packet and electronic voting device. As soon as President declares meeting adjourned, all directors will pass their electronic voting device to the end of the aisles and the Sergeant at Arms and Assistant Sergeant at Arms will take them up.
2. All motions shall be made at a microphone and a copy of the motion, in writing, will be given to the President. There are a couple of motion cards at the end of each table for your use.
3. Cell phones and pagers shall be silenced during all business meetings and
   education sessions.
4. All votes shall be taken by electronic voting device unless otherwise ordered by the Directors.
5. Debate on motions shall not exceed 2 minutes per director. No director may
   speak the second lime until all who wish to speak have done so. No member may speak more than twice to the same motion.
