Simply register your account to get started. Click Login at the top right of the homepage, then click the Register button. You’ll need your nine-digit NRDS ID/NAR member number.
Are you already registered but receiving an “incorrect password” message? Try clicking on the Forgot Password button to reset it. Enter your email address. You should receive an email with a link to update your password.

When you change offices, you’ll need to updated your office information in NRDS for the correct office to appear in TransactionDesk®. There are two ways to do that:
Contact your local Association and make sure they update your office information in NRDS. Once it’s changed, TransactionDesk® will automatically update your office information.
In TransactionDesk®, go to Settings > My Preferences > User Information and make sure your contact information is up to date. You may also want to go to Settings > Branding (bottom left of the page) to make sure old logos are not in that section.
