The 3 Cs of Agent Relationships: Communication, Collaboration and Closing

The real estate professional is the only person who walks with the buyer or seller through every part of the transaction – consultation, searching, contracting, financing, inspecting, closing, and sometimes even the moving. They are the center of the transaction and communicate with everyone.  How the agent communicates will drive the sentiment of the transaction – whether simple or complicated. Good communication is crucial to improving understanding and closing the deal! The better the communication, the better the transaction is for the consumer.

Seller and Agent Collaboration: Teamwork for the Win
Consumers are more educated about the real estate process than ever. As a result, they expect their agent to offer more in terms of market knowledge and experience than what they can uncover on their own during an online search. Sellers want agents to help with the pricing and marketing of the home, and to manage the timeline. There are parts of the process that are the seller’s responsibility and parts that belong to the agent.  When they work together with the mindset of a team to prepare the house, the process and the possibilities, everyone wins.
