Speakers

Gacomo Gunneson
Born and raised in Chattanooga, TN, Gacomo is a Southerner at heart with a deep appreciation for global cultures. He grew up in a bilingual household with a Peruvian mother and American father, immersed in the foods and traditions on both sides of the family. He speaks Spanish fluently and enjoys time cooking, baking, and in the wonderful Tennessee outdoors. An active gardener, when he’s not working, you can find him tending to his veggies, flowers, and shrubs. Though he isn’t a full-fledged globe trekker yet, he’s enjoyed time with good friends who live in Denmark, toured parts of Germany and Mexico, and visited family in Peru. All through his life, Gacomo has had the pleasure of meeting and engaging with folks from all over the world through lifelong friends, school, church, and shared interests.
Going on 3 years in the industry, Gacomo has had a wide array of clientele and experiences that shape the way he sees not just work, but life in general. He understands the importance of real estate both domestically and internationally and the role that a culturally tailored experience plays in ensuring client satisfaction. He believes that diversity is only a strength if it is incorporated with unity and a shared desire for excellence to reach a goal. Because of that, he places high importance in understanding where clients come from to appreciate their unique cultural perspective.
