September 2020 Housing Report

Single-family home closings rose to 10,304 in September, up +9.7% from the same month a year ago, according to data compiled by Tennessee REALTORS® via REALTORS® Property Resource (RPR). Closed sales volume reached $3.27 billion, a +29.5% jump. The median price was $260,000, up +13%.
