Greg Antipoff is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a real estate tax strategist. He is affectionately known as The Real Estate Accountant, dedicated to helping real estate agents keep more of what they earn. Greg achieves this by walking agents through his signature “Financial EKG: Earn, Keep, Grow” framework. With so much emphasis already being placed on how agents can “Earn” more, he chooses to focus on helping agents “Keep” and “Grow” what they earn. Greg’s knack for making tax and accounting topics easy to understand and humorous leaves agents educated, entertained and ready to take action.
Greg operates a tax and accounting firm dedicated to helping real estate agents keep more of their hard earned money through financial education and tax planning.
At home in Connecticut, Greg is a Husband, Father of two young daughters, Chief-Stick-Thrower to an energetic Labradoodle, former REALTOR® and Firefighter/EMT.

Originally licensed as a REALTOR® in 1998, Sean Carpenter is the former Agent Development Director for the Ohio NRT companies. Sean is an active Realtor in Central Ohio and consults and coaches with the top agents and teams with Coldwell Banker Realty in Columbus and Cincinnati. Sean is a highly regarded speaker who presents at real estate events and conferences across North America. His most popular sessions focus on creating memorable customer experiences, maximizing social and digital media, as well as business planning, leadership, and sales.
Previously recognized by Inman News as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Leaders in Real Estate, Sean was named as one of the “Top 20 Most Influential People in Social Media for the real estate industry” by The Swanepoel Report for the third year in a row.
He’s an everyday beer-drinking, sports-watching guy who loves to laugh and enjoy life. Sean’s mission is to “teach with passion and enthusiasm, instilling confidence and excitement in his students,” and he lives by his philosophy – build relationships, solve problems, and have fun.

Since then, he has earned multiple accolades as a national speaker, most recently having won the speaker of the year award for Miami Realtors.
Josh remains a top producer in the residential market and runs the commercial and crypto/metaverse division of Real Estate Empire Group. He has written numerous courses on various facets of real estate in his A.C.E. family of classes, including the first crypto and real estate course approved for CE in Florida — and only the third one approved anywhere in the country.
He is also the author of The Roadmap of the American Dream, a simple guide that explains how investing works. His teaching focuses on the real-world skills that agents need to be true advocates and trusted resources for their customers. His goal is to make the most of agents’ time while teaching them to take their business personally and grow it to the next level.
Josh’s latest book, Close 4 Life: Create Satisfied Customers that will Only Do Business with You, was released in July of 2023 from McGraw Hill.

Melanie McLane

Melanie McLane is a second-generation REALTOR® who is an appraiser, broker, and educator. A graduate of Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio, she holds the following designations and certifications: ABR, CRB, CRS, EPRO, GREEN, GRI, RAA, RSPS, PSA, SRES, and SRS. She is also certified as a distance instructor (CDEI) and is an Appraiser Qualifications Board-approved USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) instructor. She has written numerous courses, both for her own use and as works for hire for other educational companies. Additionally, she served as a subject matter expert/author for the Pricing Strategy Advisor course for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), as well as for other NAR courses, including RSPS.
She has served as President of her local association, the West Branch Valley Association of REALTORS®, and as District Vice President for the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® for two terms. Furthermore, she has participated in various NAR committees, task forces, and forums. In 2008, she was inducted into the REBAC Hall of Fame as an instructor, and in 2012, she was named RSPS of the Year for her contributions to the RSPS course. She has also been honored by her local association with the REALTOR® of the Year award (twice, in 2004 and again in 2017), the “Spirit Award,” and the “Outstanding Achievement Award.” In 2018, the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® named her REALTOR® of the Year. She continues to list, sell, and appraise properties, as well as teach. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.
