Tennessee REALTORS® is proud to partner with Metropolitan Inter-Faith Association (MIFA) for a meaningful donation drive at this year’s Fall Convention, taking place September 21–24 at the Peabody Hotel in Memphis. Led by the Tennessee REALTORS® DEI Committee, this initiative reflects a commitment to expanding access to housing support for communities across the state.

The drive will directly benefit MIFA’s Housing Stability Programs, which assist individuals and families transitioning into housing by providing essential household items. Attendees are encouraged to bring donation items to the convention, where Tennessee REALTORS® will assemble household kits in laundry bins for MIFA to distribute to those in need. These kits include everyday essentials like cleaning supplies, and toiletries items (see the full list below) simple but impactful resources that help turn a new house into a home.

Members who are unable to attend can still support the effort by donating online. Through this DEI-driven initiative, Tennessee REALTORS® is helping strengthen communities and promote housing stability one household at a time.
