*The application period has ended.*  WILDFIRE RELIEF (APRIL 2022) — Wildfires swept across eastern Tennessee on March 30 and 31, 2022, causing the destruction of thousands of acres of land and damaging hundreds of structures, with the heaviest damage occurring in Sevier County. As of April 5th, the majority of the fires had been extinguished or contained, but left a trail of destruction in its wake. Tennessee REALTORS® is working to help families impacted by the wildfires rental or mortgage relief by filing for assistance via the REALTOR® Relief Foundation. Anyone who has lost their primary home to the fire or has been displaced, can now apply for up to $1,000 in rental/mortgage assistance. The deadline to apply is June 30, 2022. *The application period has ended.*  FLOODING RELIEF (AUGUST 2021) — If your primary residence* was affected by the flash-flooding damage in Tennessee in August 2021, you may apply for mortgage/rent assistance from NAR’s REALTORS® Relief Foundation (RRF). The RRF will provide up to $1,000 to each qualified applicant, while funds remain available. The deadline to apply is October 31, 2021. *The application period has ended.* FLOODING / TORNADO (MARCH 2021) RELIEF — If your primary residence* was affected by the flash-flooding / tornado damage in Tennessee in March 2021, you may apply for mortgage/rent assistance from NAR’s REALTORS® Relief Foundation (RRF). The RRF will provide up to $1,000 to each qualified applicant, while funds remain available. The deadline to apply is June 30, 2021*The RRF relief is for residences only, not businesses.

*Eligible: the counties of Davidson, Williamson, and Wilson // Campbell, Cannon, Cheatham, Claiborne, Clay, Decatur, Fentress, Grainger, Hardeman, Henderson, Hickman, Jackson, Madison, Maury, McNairy, Moore, Overton, Scott, Smith, and Wayne.

*The application period has ended.* NASHVILLE EXPLOSION RELIEF — If your primary residence* was affected by the Christmas-morning explosion in downtown Nashville, you may apply for mortgage/rent assistance from NAR’s REALTORS® Relief Foundation (RRF). The RRF will provide up to $1,000 to each qualified applicant, while funds remain available. The deadline to apply is January 31, 2021. *The RRF relief is for residences only, not businesses.

*The application period has ended.* TORNADO RELIEF – APRIL – SOUTHEAST TN— *If your primary residence was affected by the tornadoes in Hamilton and Bradley counties in April, you may apply for mortgage/rent assistance from NAR’s REALTORS® Relief Foundation (RRF). The RRF will provide up to $1,000 to each qualified applicant, while funds remain available. The deadline to apply is July 31, 2020.

*The application period has ended.* TORNADO RELIEF – MARCH – MIDDLE TN — *If your primary residence was affected by the tornados in Middle Tennessee in March, you may apply for mortgage/rent assistance from NAR’s REALTORS® Relief Foundation (RRF). The RRF will provide up to $1,000 to each qualified applicant, while funds remain available. The deadline to apply is June 30, 2020, but do not delay.
