Kama is an educator at heart. She is an adjunct professor at Moreno Valley College where she teaches real estate pre-licensing courses to help her students obtain their real estate license. In the real estate industry, she is a trainer that trains on topics of leadership, public speaking with her signature workshop, “Owning the Stage,” and educates on tools and techniques to help other real estate professionals. In addition, Kama is a certified trainer for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), where trains other real estate professionals on Bias Override: Overcoming Barriers to Fair Housing, At Home with Diversity certification course, Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®), and Short Sale & Foreclosure Resources (SFR®).

Her program is now reaching elementary, middle/jr. high and high school girls in the Moreno Valley and Val Verde Unified School Districts. She believes, “if you are going to sell the community, it is important to give back to the community!”

Over the years, she has consistently ranked in the top 1% of Realtors® in the Nashville area and has won multiple awards each year for production and involvement in the industry and community. In 2014, she formed a real estate team, The Southbound Group, out of necessity due to consistent growth in business. The team consists of buyers’ agents, showing specialists, transaction coordinators, listing coordinators, marketing coordinators and a relocation division. Now that the team nearly runs itself, Jessi has been given the tremendous opportunity to combine her public speaking degree, her teaching degree and her real estate experience into one fluid combination -real estate training and education.
