Tennessee REALTORS® hosted its first-ever Candidate Training Academy on Wednesday, September 6. 18 members attended the full-day event, learning about the fundamentals of running for public office, such as fundraising, research/targeting, voter contact, getting out the vote, and strategies to win online. Attendees had the opportunity to hear from experts in the field: Matt Russell, a member of the Tennessee REALTORS® Legal Counsel, Representative Bob Freeman, Taylor Ferrell, David Topping, Forrest Barnwell, and Robert Sechrist.
