Keynote – Stedman Graham
Stedman Graham is chairman and CEO of S. Graham & Associates (SGA), a management and marketing consulting company that specializes in the corporate and educational markets. Clients include Merrill Lynch, The Apollo Group, DutchVersity, Monster.com, Manpower, Harvard and Wharton Business Schools, the U.S. Departments of Education and Labor and many more.
As a businessman, educator and speaker, he presents, consults and conducts training with corporations, organizations and nonprofits on the topics of identity development, maximizing leadership, achieving success, and personal and professional branding. His corporate seminars are driven by the Nine-Step Success Process, a life and learning management system designed to organize your life around your identity.
Graham has authored eleven books, including two New York Times bestsellers, You Can Make It Happen: A Nine-Step Plan for Success and Teens Can Make It Happen: Nine Steps to Success. His latest release, Identity: Your Passport to Success, reached number six on the Wall Street Journal Bestseller list for Hardcover Business books.
Actively involved in education, he is a former adjunct professor at the University of Illinois-Chicago where he taught a leadership course based on his Nine-Step Process. At the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, he taught a management strategy course entitled “The Dynamics of Leadership.” He also founded and directed George Washington University’s Forum for Sport and Event Management and Marketing – the first of its kind in the country. Graham is a current adjunct professor for several universities around the country.
Graham holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Hardin-Simmons University. He received a master’s degree in Education from Ball State University and an honorary doctorate in Humanities from Coker College.
Inspirational Breakfast Speaker – Nancy Kerrigan
Nancy Kerrigan has been one of America’s most recognizable sports icons for over 25 years.
Kerrigan’s rise to competing at a national level began when she placed 3rd at the 1991 U.S. Figure Skating Championships, allowing her to qualify for the 1991 World Championships where she won the bronze medal as part of an American sweep.
In 1992, she earned a bronze medal in the Albertville Winter Olympics and a silver medal at the 1992 World Championships. In 1993 Kerrigan became the United States Ladies Champion and followed that up with her historic silver medal performance at the 1994 Lillehammer Winter Olympics.
Along the way, Kerrigan became known for her groundbreaking fashion on the ice teaming up with Vera Wang and others to create some of the most memorable skating outfits in the history of the sport.
In addition to her work on the ice, the two-time Olympic medalist has regularly appeared on television and movies as an actor (Boy Meets World, Blades of Glory, Saturday Night Live, Skating with Celebrities, Fresh Off the Boat) or commentator (Entertainment Tonight, The Insider, Lifetime Network, Fox Sports, NBC Sports, Inside Edition). Kerrigan is well known for being instrumental in the creation of Halloween on Ice and other figure skating shows.
Nancy has been a product endorser (Disney, Revlon, Reebok, Seiko, Campbell’s Soup, Old Navy, Comcast Spotlight), author (Artistry on Ice), motivational speaker, and an advocate for issues related to infertility.
The Nancy Kerrigan Foundation has raised significant funds for the visually impaired in honor of her legally blind mother and she has been recognized for her excellence on and off the ice (US Figure Skating Hall of Fame, Mother’s Day Foundation Mother of the Year, New England Sports Hall of Fame, Fight for Sight Lifetime Achievement).
More recently, Kerrigan has focused on her family (three children ages 12, 15, and 23), and choreography (Halloween on Ice, SkateNiagara, Bryant Park Holiday Show) while also appearing on Dancing With the Stars in Season 24. Nancy is currently executive producing the upcoming documentary Why Don’t You Lose 5 Lbs which will examine the silent epidemic of eating disorders in sports and was on the Advisory Board for the Aurora Games which is an international platform for women in sports and entertainment. She is also still active in working with various companies including Massachusetts-based Revised Energy.
Robert Morris, Jr. graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He entered real estate in 1985 and has been actively involved in real estate sales and training since that time. He is a selling broker with Parks Realty, located in Middle Tennessee, where he actively lists and sells real estate with his team. Robert has been honored as the REALTOR® of the Year in 2000. He recently received the 2021 Tennessee REALTOR® Educator of the year award, his second time (1995) to receive this award in his career. Robert has been chosen as one of Tennessee REALTORS(s) District Vice-Presidents for 2022-2023. He has served on several local associations’ Board of Directors and just finished serving a 2020-2021 term as President of the Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS®. Robert has been accepted as a candidate into the 2022 NAR Leadership Academy class and will serve as a NAR Director from Tennessee REALTORS® for 2022-2024. He also has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) for 2022-2023 as well as selected to the Learning Experiences committee for 2022. Robert will also serve on NAR’s Professional Development (2022) and Housing Opportunities (2022-2023) committees.
Robert is an international speaker, certified instructor and consultant who holds several professional designations/ certifications just to name a few, the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Internet Professional (e-PRO), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), and the Performance Management Network (PMN) designation for the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. He is also certified by the Instructor’s Training Institute (ITI). He has conducted seminars, training workshops and leadership conferences for countless numbers of REALTOR®, boards, conventions and associations throughout the continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the British West Indies. Robert is a Certified Instructor for Real Estate Brokers Institute (REBI). He is also a Course Facilitator/ Instructor for the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) and Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR).
Robert has taught personalized courses to thousands of REALTORS® across the country and is committed to helping REALTORS® become more knowledgeable in all facets of the real estate industry. Robert currently instructs REALTORS® in a variety of areas ranging from business planning, brokerage management, leadership management, diversity, professional standards, fair housing, goal-setting, time management and real estate ethics. The Secrets to Embracing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Ingrid Prather is the Broker/Owner of Premier Properties Realty and has been a REALTOR for over 30 years.

Prior to this role, Lisa helped state and local associations around the U.S. establish and grow global councils to support member’s global business development and the larger communities they serve.
