Tennessee REALTORS® is excited to celebrate Black History Month by highlighting some of the talents and contributions to the real estate industry here in Tennessee by featuring some of our Executive Committee Members.
Meet Cassandra Bell-Warren! Cassandra is our 2022 Division 1 Vice President, and the Principal Broker and Co-Owner for 4 Success Realty in Memphis, TN. Cassandra was born and raised in Memphis, TN, where she graduated from Memphis State University, currently known as the University of Memphis. One of her best memories in her 19-year career is helping a young couple purchase their first home for 130k, then again 8 years later helping them get approved to buy a home up to 500k; which is just one example of her favorite part of being a REALTOR, assisting buyers on the journey to build wealth through homeownership.
When Cassandra isn’t working, she enjoys riding around in her Polaris Slingshot (pictured below), traveling, and reading any Kimberla Lawson Roby book she can get her hands on.
To Cassandra, Black History Month is the opportunity to spotlight African Americans who have paved the way for so many. As well as paved the way for her to be able to practice real estate. This is why Cassandra is actively involved at the state, local, and national level of our associations because she believes in order to see change, you have to be plugged in, engaged, and contribute to the solutions to create the change you’d like to see.
