“Black History is a combination of Heritage, Culture, and History that is shared with everyone at the same time.” Ingrid Prather shares with Tennessee REALTORS®. “This is a time set aside to learn about the experiences of another culture and have an opportunity to learn and grow from the messages, images, and accomplishments and the myriad of so many things that have passed down for generations.”
Ingrid Prather is the 2022 Division 3 Vice-President for Tennessee REALTORS® and the Broker/Owner of Premier Properties Realty. Ingrid loves helping others realize their dream of homeownership. Ingrid uses her 30 years of experience as a REALTOR® to emphasize the importance of education for first-time homebuyers. “Education is key to helping bring clarity and understanding to the process and helps manage everyone’s expectations during the process.” It’s this dedication to expertise and education that helped Ingrid sell a home to a child of a previous client, which expanded to 13 other family members purchasing homes with Ingrid and seeing that family’s “legacy of homeownership” unfold.
Ingrid’s passion for real estate extends beyond selling homes by actively promoting and advocating for private property rights.
Ingrid was born in Etowah, TN, grew up in Athens, TN, and graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. When Ingrid isn’t selling homes, she enjoys singing, reading, and teaching spin classes! Ingrid has accomplished a lot in her 30-year career as a REALTOR® but, she feels most accomplished when she contributes to someone’s life positively, learns from others, and forms genuine relationships with everyone she meets.
