Tennessee’s residential home sales* jumped in December (+19%), sales volume rose even higher (+36.6%), active listings/inventory continued to tighten (-27.6%)—but new listings rose (+5.1%)—and the median sales price ticked up (+13.2%) year-over-year, according to data compiled by Tennessee REALTORS® via REALTORS® Property Resource (RPR).
