March 2020 TN Housing-Market Report
Showing little or no impact yet from COVID-19, March home/condo closings in Tennessee rose +3.1% to 8,703, the median price increased +5.1% to $324,900, the median price per square foot ticked up +3.6% to $142, active listings jumped +26.4% to 71,547, and new listings dipped -1.9% to 12,685 over March 2019, according to data compiled by Tennessee REALTORS® via REALTORS® Property Resource (RPR). We continue to support Tennesseans recovering from the devastating March tornado damage. Please consider donating to NAR’s REALTORS® Relief Foundation (RRF), which distributes 100% of all funds collected. Give directly HERE. *Anyone whose primary residence was affected may apply for mortgage/rent assistance from the RRF, up to $1,000 per qualified applicant.
