Update/Memo
Legislators seemed too occupied to enjoy this week’s nicer weather, instead filing a flurry of last-minute bills and resolutions to meet the House and Senate submission deadlines, which were Feb. 6 and 7. All in all, 1,656 bills were filed, and the Assembly has already begun the task of sifting through the massive amount of legislation. Our team will go through all bills filed and provide a final bill track report next Friday, Feb. 15. As always, please let us know if there are any bills of concern or particular interest.
