Many of our members represented Tennessee at the 2017 NAR REALTORS® Conference & Expo this past week in Chicago. Among the highlights:
Randall C. “Randy” Thomas of Kingsport, our 2017 REALTOR® of the Year, was honored on stage at the General Session along with fellow state ROTYs. Randy also was sworn in as NAR Region 4 Vice President, representing Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina and South Carolina (photo at right, center, with wife Beverly Thomas).

Our 2018 President, Leon Dickson, Sr., of Memphis (in photo, far left) officially takes office at midnight tonight (11/7).

Peggy Worcester [WOO-ster] of Clarksville was inducted into the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) Hall of Fame!

Brenda Brewster of Seymour (center left, blue badge) was named a 2018 Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR) liaison to NAR’s RPAC Major Investor Council.

Jimmy Settle of Clarksville (right, in photo) was sworn in as national 2018 President of the REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI).

Jennifer Roche, Governmental Affairs Director for the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS® (KAAR), was honored as part of the Fall 2017 class of new RCE graduates, an esteemed national designation.

Many other members serving as committee members and volunteer leaders shined in their respective meetings and sessions, doing all of us in Tennessee proud.
