Thanks to all who attended our Fall Convention, Sept. 13-16, 2017!

If you are attending our Fall Convention, we can’t wait to see you in Memphis! Please READ THE FOLLOWING details before you arrive. Thanks!

1. GET THE EVENT APP: **Download Now!**
Once again we are using a free app called Yapp to post the schedule, speakers, meeting layouts, restaurants, news, crowd photos, and more. To get it, search “Yapp” on your device’s app store, download, open, click through the info, choose “Download an Existing Yapp,” and enter ID code TNREALTORS17. Or go HERE to send yourself a link to download on your device. If you already have Yapp, simply open it, click the + sign in the upper right, and enter TNREALTORS17 as the ID.


2. HOTEL, PARKING and REGISTRATION
Convention registration at The Peabody will begin at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday and continue through 6 p.m; it will also be open Thursday (7:30-5:00) and Friday (7:15-5:00). … All sleeping rooms at The Peabody have complimentary wireless internet; look for details when you check into the hotel. … Self-parking for hotel guests and commuters is available for $13/day.



3. EVENT TICKETS = Name Badge!
If you purchased event tickets to the Main Event, Inspirational Breakfast and/or WCR Luncheon, they will be NOTED ON YOUR CONVENTION NAME BADGE with special icons (see image at right). A limited number of tickets for these events may be available at the Convention, with a cutoff of 2 p.m. Wednesday. Ask at the Registration desk.

4. KICKOFF PARTY: Name Badge —> Wrist Band
Our big Kickoff at BB King’s (6:30-10:30 p.m. Wednesday) is a non-ticketed event. However, **bring your convention name badge to BB King’swhere you will receive a Tyvek wrist band to be your credential for the rest of the evening.

5. CE SESSIONS: Automatic Scan-Ins!
This year you do NOT have to stop to have your badge scanned before entering the room for CE sessions. Instead, our RFID (radio frequency ID) will pick up a chip in your badge as you walk through the doors, check you in automatically, and record your attendance. (Space age!) So just head on into the room, find a seat, and get ready to “cross the bridge” to deeper knowledge and practical insights!

6. HURRICANE / FLOOD Relief Opportunities
Our hearts are with all affected by hurricanes Harvey on the Gulf Coast and Irma in the Southeast. We encourage you to donate to NAR’s REALTORS® Relief Foundation, which provides direct mortgage and rental assistance to REALTORS®, their families, and others impacted by the storms and flooding. 7. ATTIRE for CONVENTION and MAIN EVENT
Attire for the Convention is Casual except for the Main Event, which is Business Suit / Cocktail Dress.
