The 10-5-12 Special Supplement to the TAR DIGEST
Editor: Pug Scoville
Have you ever had a transaction when somebody else did something that made you want to pull your hair out?
…OR you were challenged with a client who worked against you rather than with you?
…OR a problem cropped up that almost killed the deal?
…OR a problem came up that actually DID kill the deal?
…OR you did something you now regret, because it caused all sorts of problems?
Surely at least one of these has happened to you before…
Now, we’re going to give you a way to profit from your problems! We’re always looking for new “problem scenarios” or case studies to use in our various education programs, and the closer to real life we can get, the better our programs will be!
Announcing — Cash for Cases!
Reader’s Digest magazine offers a cash “bounty” for any jokes or stories that people send in, when the joke or story is actually used in print. We’re going to do the same thing with any case studies from your own experience that we actually adopt and use in ANY of our GRI or other courses or even in the TAR DIGEST! We’ll pay you $50 for any case study that we adopt for one of our programs!
Now, even if a transaction fell apart and you didn’t make a cent from it, you can still make a few dollars from your experience, by telling us what happened in story or case-study form! [Your identity will be kept strictly confidential, so don’t worry about embarrassing yourself or others.]
TO SUBMIT A CASE STUDY
First, download THIS EXAMPLE (2 sample case studies) …to see the format we’re looking for! Then – following this same format – write up your own case study in a Word document, and send it as an attachment to:
Be sure to include your name and mailing address, so we’ll know where to send a check if your case study is accepted!
That’s all there is to it! Don’t lose another night’s sleep over that challenge or problem you faced; make a few dollars from it!
